1. Registration & Account

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to book a ride independently on CabIndia.
• CabIndia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of request.
• Cancellation Fee: A fee may be charged if you cancel a ride after the driver has accepted the request or reached your location.
• Waiting charges may apply if the rider is not present at the pickup point after a 5-minute grace period.
• CabIndia reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdown or extreme weather.

3. Payments & Fares

• The fare displayed at the time of booking is an estimate. Final fares may vary based on actual distance, time, and tolls.
• Users are responsible for paying all Toll Taxes, Parking Fees, and State Entry Taxes as applicable during the journey.
• Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, or integrated digital wallets available on the platform.
• In case of overcharging, users must report the issue within 24 hours for a refund review.

4. User Conduct & Safety

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle interior/exterior by the passenger will result in a repair fine.
• Users must not misbehave with the driver. CabIndia has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.
• For your safety, always verify the vehicle number and driver photo before boarding.

5. Limitation of Liability

• CabIndia is a technology aggregator and does not own the vehicles; therefore, it is not liable for accidents or driver negligence.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
